Thank you for your hard work and taking care of this. I am sending to the client and submitting them now..


After receiving the Q3 Co-ops reports from Jonnamae regarding client - Eternal Medspa - eternalmedicalspa.com -  for the 09/01/2022 to 11/30/2022   time period, I began to prepare to submit them for the client. Logged into their Coolnet account, filled out information, media detail, uploaded files, added dates, amounts, submitted for submission. Took screenshot, sent to client for verification, updated spreadsheets, task.  Sent the client a confirmation email with details of their refund, along with a screenshot.

These coops were rejected by Allergan. It seems that the invoices say EMSCULPT Digital Marketing instead of Coolsculpting.
I sent you an email to see if we can fix them right away to resubmit.

Luckily Allergan did not reject the coops request. Instead, they asked for the new invoices. 

I have already sent to Leena and will see what she says.
