This account has an overdue balance. I can't do anything w/ the account until the issue is resolved. 

It is worse for me.. I can't even access the payment settings. I keep getting this error.

@hector - update their payment method on FB but lets cancel this order to push Emsculpt on FB, lets do it on Google Instead for $1000

I was not able to change payment method yesterday since I continued to get the error above.
I will update the MKT budgets for this client on their spreadsheet.
Shane please take note...... We are NOT going to do Emsculpt on FB.. It is going to be a Google ads Campaign instead...

Let me know when the client is able to resolve the payment issue in Facebook

When I try to log into their payment settings, I am getting an error. 
Let me see if I can contact them.

Shane, I cannot access the payment settings of this account.
for some reason, this account does not show when I log into the payment settings. The page comes up blank.
This happened with a few other clients. Not sure what is going on.
I tried different browsers and different computers. Same results.
Have reported it to Facebook.

I have tried several different browsers, different computers. I get the same results. It is only with a few clients this happens with.. others show up fine. 
I will try once again on all browsers and Laptop to see. 

And yes, she wanted to run a $1,000 campaign for Emsculpt on Facebook.

We have access to it.... we just need ADMIN access to be able to work on any payment settings. Right now we don't have it. 

The ad account name is Umm dean I think

Chris, Whitney, I figured this out already and we do have access. However, we only have limited access. We need ADMIN access in order to make payment or edit them. Present access level does not allow us to do so.

Okay, so I thought I could not do it, but I was able to figure it out. Shane  I got this client's FB account issue finally fixed and paid the remaining balance. We are all set and you can finally get this launched.
