Ella we never shoot the messenger here... so no worries. You are just doing your job.
Having said that, Shane is on vacation now. That means he likely will only see this 
budget. In other words, I do not think he ever got around to changing the previous 
request. 
I, however, did update my notes, spreadsheet, Hubspot. I will now do so again.

I am being more intentional about educating the clients on the full picture of things so they are aware things can not be changed around so often. So it hopefully won't be as much of an issue in the future. I'm pretty sure most of them think it's just a switch I can personally turn on and off so now that they know, it's their responsibility to do things correctly, too.

You are correct Ella. I am glad that you are conveying those things to the client. The truth is that often, these many changes can cause accounts on Meta to be suspended or disabled. In the end though, some clients want what they want when they want.
