Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac I am seeing that this client's site is 404 down. That means that their hosting has expired on WP engine.
However, the credentials on the spreadsheet are not working for me and I cannot get into the account to fix it.

Okay so after playing back and forth with the credentials, I finally figured out the correct combination and got into the account. I Updated the spreadsheet now. 

 I went into the account, updated the CC on file with a new one and I contacted support. I managed to get the website back up and running. 

We are all set.
