25k monthly on covid- he mostly gets customers that are in film business/ prodcution/ big group testing . 

I'm not sure. I don't think it will be profitable so it's hard to give guidance. We can stay at whatever budget he was at. But if he's comfortable at $7500, let's go with it. 

Shane CZ suggested that- right now he is doing 24k monthly and LA is HUGE.

I think atleast 10k to start with?? thoughts? 

i remember we tried mobile iv ads in NY and it was a disaster

Covid testing is live but not serving due to the identity verification. IV therapy is done as well. 

Again, I need to note that the Covid Testing campaign is incredibly unlikely to perform. It's going to pick up nothing but people searching for free covid tests in the mail.
