Chris had a meeting with this client and he would like to make the following adjustments. 

Please lower IV campaign and COVID ROAS from 125% to 100%. They are seeing good results which is likely coming from channels (outbound phone) we cannot tie into revenue on Google Ads. They also speed up their website. Although some of his conversions may come from organic he is very comfortable with lowering the ROAS.
