I just checked page but couldn't see any floating phone button on my end.
It's added directly on the page in the third section which is not a good place to put it.
If you can send me the changes you want to make to this button. I can make them for you and add this button via custom code in the source files so on the new pages it will automatically appear and we will also be able to update the phone number in future from a single place.

It's not possible to put a site in a sub-directory of a sub-domain. In this case we can use sante-semaglutide.medandwellness.com.
Also have we consulted Shane regarding using the same domains we use for dev purposes to use for the client website to run ads to? I am asking this because I believe Shane mentioned this when many of our client's Google ads got disapproved.
Personally I would recommend keeping domains we use for development or template purposes separate from the domains we use for the client websites to run ads. This will also help us keeping better track of them.

Can you please delete the "Elementor Header & Footer Builder" from the template and recreate the header and footer using the default elementor template function?
Also please help me find for which element(s) on the website we are using this plugin "Essential Addons for Elementor"?
My aim here is to just have elementor and elementor pro installed on this template so we can keep the maintenance hrs of the websites that will be using this template as low as possible. In the past these third party plugins has cost us a lot of time.
