Because the original image is in a bigger height than the Width, that's why that is best possible for the mobile to crop to a single face to have the same height size as the rest of the pages.

I checked them out on this site and they are not correct, trying to be preventative for the future before I assign you the Trello checklist. Thank you!
Can you please explain what kind of mistake we repeat for the form because we strictly follow the checklist instructions?
Are there any other requirements for the forms apart from it?
# We need to make sure we never attach the location name in the "service of interest" field. So for eg. It would never say "Coolsculpting NY" in this hidden field. It will just have the "Coolsculpting" as default value in it.
# If a client website have multiple location pages for the same service and doesn't have the location dropdown in the form. We need to add the location info in a hidden field. The same as "service of interest" with the label "Preferred Location" and default value in it will be respctive location name.

Yes the resolution made an impact we increase the resolution to 1920 max.
I thought I remembered seeing them when I audited and the 'Thank You' message, but now only seems to be appearing on the homepage and contact confirmation pages. If you aren't able to resolve please ask Isaac.
