1. Make a list of "Sydney's Babies" that are 3+ weeks since they've gone live. ( but not over 3 mo. old)

2. Create an email template saying something like:
How are you doing with your campaigns? How is your front desk adjusting? We would like to schedule a follow up 30 min front desk training to make sure everything is going smoothly and we can give suggestions & tips on how to optimize them even further. please schedule a time here ( vania's 30 min calendly) 

^ wordsmith but keep very simple and short 

get approval from WZ before sending and to who 

3. Send it out through support@medstarmedia.com , copy CSMs on it , 
For the appointments you are in town for- you will jump on Vania's zoom and teach the meeting. Vania will shadow
