Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you please create a video explaining the spreadsheet, which ones we're missing, any other supporting documents we may need. Can you please show where we need to login into the GHL dashboard and where to send the business owners a text. The CSMs will then get the owner on the phone and let them know that they are sending them this text and what to do with it.

Team, we'll meet with Jenna Maschino, Senior Support Specialist at Medstar Jenna who is sending out these emails; she'll resend emails to those that haven't opened it and copy the csm. The CSM will need to follow up with the clients.
