Buying lots of snacks and taking long road trips through the Southwest.

Definitely landing pages! They are crucial in helping you to drive traffic, generate leads and build your brand.

Best piece of marketing advice?
Don't forget about Google My Business. It's the first place people turn when looking for a business.

When you aren't working, what do you enjoy doing?
Discovering new countries and places around the world. Also, going for a long run is what gets me up in the morning.

Favorite thing about working for Medstar Media:

As a virtual worker from the Philippines, I've never been in a team that made me feel more cared for and supported. The team is very passionate about building a positive and happy working environment. We also feel accepted and heard when we give opinions toward something work-related. For me, it allows me to grow and learn more in this business and it makes work easy.

I’m torn between landing pages and emails. Your website is where your potential clients go first to see if you are legit and professional. Emails remind your subscribers to take action on their goals in your business, thus increasing your organic traffic. Both are also aesthetically pleasing and fun to make.

Videos have dominated social media, Tiktok, Instagram reels. I think video marketing should have a part of your social strategy since it is a very effective way to engage your audience. 

I’m mostly with my dogs but I also love trying out new restaurants, watch sunsets, long motorcycle rides, and karaoke at home. :)

Favorite Thing About Working for Medstar Media: It is such an incredible experience to work for a team that genuinely cares about one another. I love the work I do, I look forward to waking up each morning and logging on to work, and I love connecting with these amazing individuals. Working for Medstar Media also allows me to work remotely as I raise my free-spirited daughter.

When You Aren't Working, What Do You Enjoy Doing?: Going on adventures with my family. We love to be outdoors and live in the mountains, so there are always new extraordinary things to see and experience. I am also a huge bookworm, so nine times out of 10, I am sitting in a chair with a book.

Favorite Thing about working for Medstar Media:

Being that I am a single mom, I am grateful for the opportunity to have flexibility in my schedule coupled with the opportunity to learn many things about marketing and outreach. I love that this team works as a family and prioritizes wellbeing and caring for each other. I have been treated with compassion and am constantly told how much I am valued, that means the world to me. I look forward to and am motivated to continue growing with a company that matches my values in transparency, understanding, and drive for expansion. 

Favorite marketing tool?

Yoast and Ahrefs. These tools aid in details for keeping landing pages optimized for search engines to generate more organic traffic and to up the score in ranking. It takes time for search engines to crawl sites, so the sooner you can publish the better!

Best piece of marketing advice?

Content is King, working in a relationship with the marketers ensures more unique content, which search engines favor. Also, ranking takes time, so get started sooner than later and nurture the ranking with SEO tools and services.

When you aren't working, what do you enjoy doing? 

I explore and engage in curiosity with the world and life through various modalities and situations. I love to learn about cultures and traditions around the world. Learning new music to play on my instruments, language development, creating art, and inspiring others through transformational wellness. I am an advocate for joy.

Favorite Thing about working for Medstar Media:

I am grateful to be part of this company. For being able to work virtually, having a forward-thinking, supportive team that realizes employees are their greatest asset. This is where I learned a lot of experience and I will cherish it for a lifetime.

A marketing tool depends on what trends the most. In this new normal generation, My favorite one is social media and optinmonster, It’s convenient, time-free, and effective.

As far as I learned through marketing I would say, it’s a gamble and in order to win that? “ALWAYS KEEP IN TRACK”, for this drives you through success. Embrace ups and downs for these are part of the game.

During my leisure time, I always keep myself busy doing something worthwhile. I do most enjoy outdoors like long ride with friends, hiking, its a good exercise, going out to the beach with my family, watching the sunset, that’s very relaxing.

Favorite thing about working for Medstar Media: Waking up every morning & being able to to help our clients & team take care of any issues. Also, the awesome working environment.

Favorite marketing tool? - Bright Local & Ahrefs. They allow us to find and pinpoint any troublesome areas our clients may be having. With our expertise, those tools render exceptional results.

Best piece of marketing advice? SEO, SEO, SEO!! There are billions of websites online. But only those that are search engine optimized make it to the first page.

When you aren't working, what do you enjoy doing? I enjoy jet skiing, swimming, working out regularly, doing puzzles, playing X-Box, watching sports & spending time with friends & family.

I love being the operations manager. I observe everything that goes on, keep projects moving forward and work on delivering solutions. I spent years writing, doing SEO, online marketing & had my own business for more than a decade.

I mostly handle backend technical tasks on client websites and their servers. In the past, I used to sell premium WordPress themes on Themeforest and also used to build and manage websites and servers for different individual clients and companies.

Working environment, time flexibility. I get to work with a super hardworking and caring team.

Favorite marketing tool?
APIs. They allow us to automate sync of data b/w different platforms reducing our workload immensely.

Best piece of marketing advice?
Have Patience And Give your landing page or your Ads or app some time. You wouldn't start seeing the leads or start making money overnight.

When you aren't working, what do you enjoy doing?
Watching Documentaries, long road trips, and reading about space and spirituality.
