If so, I already tried using that image you sent, and then another I edited. However, it is still coming up the same way without the name being completely visible.

Hector thanks! whitney.zelig@gmail.com  is worried it might cause the emails to go to spam, I'm going to change it back for now.. I have it saved as "support" within the email settings just in case.
