We need to redirect her inbox and change the login info associated with her Google Accounts.

Also remove from Basecamp, Slack. Please change support@medstarmedia.com. What else would she have access. How did she access GHL for all the client accounts.

We also need to have Corin manage the all@medstarmedia.com to make sure we are not missing any emails. 

Does ChatGPT or any other service provider offer a service that would read through emails and alert us to one that are not read. We need a better way to manage this.

 Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - Can you please explain more why we are currently missing emails and under what inbox we are missing them? Trying to understand to make sure we don't miss the alerts as well.

I have now updated Jessica's email account password and also removed her from the Slack, GHL and the BC3. I think she had access to the GHL through Vania's user's account. I have now already asked Vania to see if we can change her email credentials.

Forward email to Judi.

Also changed the support@medstarmedia.com email account credentials.
