Hello, I would like to add the Allergan reps in one pipeline and the BTL reps in another pipeline. We do not have the phone numbers for everyone, however, we do have their emails and LinkedIn profiles, We will need to track communication via LInkedin messages and emails, I personally have some phone numbers. Some of the providers I am in contact with. You can find some of the status of their pipeline on Hubspot. We will be shutting down hubspot soon so I would like to add all the contacts in GHL. Most of the contacts will never respond but the ones who do we will need to update their progress in the pipeline. Vania will be good person to help us layout the best way to build out the pipeline.

Vania - can you let me know the best way to track people we are trying to get a hold of. Right now we have the attempting contact stage. How can we tell the difference between someone we messaged or emailed once vs someone we emailed multiple times? I would estimate that we would reach out to these people via email and Linkedin once a quarter but I would like to be able to sort the different contact stages.

Isaac - can you create two pipelines one BTL REPS and the Other Allergan Reps. I would like the following stages:

Jonnamae - please complete the Google sheet first, get all of the info you can into the Allergan tab and the BTL tab. Once ready Isaac and I will upload it to the Medstar account.
