I looked into the signing services and most of them cost like 20 or so a
month and cap the number of contracts to like 5 a month. They also offer
services we don't need (like taking payments) so I will keep looking but
just wanted to update you on the progress

$20 is fine. I think adobe sign is pretty easy to use.
