As far as GMB posts go- I wouldn't even post blogs anymore. It's too touchy to make claims like these procedures do. Posts are for sales, events, new staff. If you cant think of anything, you can always repost if needed.

"We do not allow your post content to include a phone number"
That's why the link to learn more is important because the phone number is on the website.

It will be tips on how someone can optimize their GBP ( formally known as google my business)

I will send this to clients after onboardings ( particularly the ones who don't have SEO packages)

for example

1. Post once or twice a week
2. Add services
3. Optimize Q&A's
4. Add pictures of the parking lot, lobby, treatment rooms
5. Respond to reviews ( hippa compliant)
6. Get reviews ( add a inbound link to https://medstarmedia.com/how-to-get-customer-feedback-online/)

etc, etc. 

you can include a blurb at the end about our seo package if they are interested in having us do it ;)

I noticed you copy pasted the HIPPA document I wrote nearly word for word in the 'Replying to Reviews' section. When I mentioned using it as a reference I meant for you to rewrite it. It would be plagiarism had the HIPPA document been posted online already. Granted, both were written for Medstar, it's not a huge deal but thought I should mention it.  Thanks for getting this done.
