Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  - we need to find the best tool to manage all these emails, create tickets (tasks) reply, assign, etc. Since we are using basecamp it would be nice if we could find something to integrate with that. Could you give them a call and see what options we have.

BC3 support does NOT have a phone to contact them. They only offer email contact. I sent them the following email to see if they could offer any insight into what we need.

Hello
We are looking for a tool that will let us manage all of our emails, create tickets, tasks, reply, assign, ect. Since we are using BC3 so much, we wanted to know if there was a tool we could integrate with BC3 to help us do that? Do you guys know of any options we may have to help us implement this?
