I am trying to determine the best way to do calltracking.
If we use Highlevel - can we get the caller ID shown and is their anyway to push that new call into a campaign. What Converts - can we use it like Callrail where we can hook it up to Zapier and export the name, phone, call time, etc. to the leadsheet. Can we use it to put leads into high-level or a campaign in Highlevel Callrail - the only reason I want to stick with this is because we already have client on this but it is more expensive. Curious as if this has a better integration as far as pushing leads to the leadhseet or high-level.
Thank you.

Highlevel - Still looking into it.
What converts - Yes, we can connect it to the Zapier and push the leads to both GHL and Leadsheet.
Callrail - Yes, we can connect it to the Zapier and push the leads to both GHL and Leadsheet.
Both CallRail and What converts have good integration options available.

Okay, let me know about HL. If we use What Converts or Callrail and push it into HL can we add it to a campaign?

Ok great. Not all of our clients use Highlevel so I am thinking we could use another phone number from Callrail or What Converts. I am trying to decide between the two can you look into what might be better technically?
Hector
- can you price compare. We gotta chose callrail or what converts and then move the clients over.

Chris, I have managed to bring down the cost of Callrail to only about $48. a month now. But that was before we added these new numbers. WhatConverts is $200 a month. But that usage is drained after a while depending on the activity. So far after only a few days, we have used up about $18. Which of the two is better off technically will have to be determined by how each works in the coming weeks.

- We need to reopen this task. I just checked out Total Eye Care's incoming calls from What Converts. The issue is the call recording is not showing up in HL. So we cannot tell how a staff member performs on the call. I think we should probably set up these accounts using GHL if that is the only way to show the recorded conversation. Let's figure this out and how we can roll this out to all the clients.
Hector
- I will need you to help me roll this out with
Vania
Isaac
- can we set up a time to discuss. I would also like
Vania
on the call. It's really important that we are tracking calls within HL via recording.
Now if we use Twillo for Calls can we have the phone call also show up on their leadsheet?
👍

The issue is the call recording is not showing up in HL.
I can pass the call recording URL via Zapier in GHL notes or can create a new custom field labeled "recording".
It will appear as a link in the GHL and once you click on it it will play the recording. For eg.
