I created a tab called Client Operations Responses found here
To be more efficient I want to create a knowledge map or series of canned responses. This will allow us to respond to clients faster, train more team members provide the clients with accurate information, etc.

whitney.zelig@gmail.com - Hector   add to the list any of the same questions you get or see over and over again. Give your best explanation.
Kristabel - go through my emails chris@medstarmedia.com and try to find a pattern of the same questions I answer from clients. Or how to do certain things.
Melissa - once we have added to this list I want you to wordsmith it and make it nice.
