Client Intake form on Hubspot

Hi Issac. I am looking for a way when we onboard clients we can fill out a form and it will all import into Hubspot. I tried creating a form in hubspot but I do not know how to link it to a certain client record. I am looking at other tools such as Type Form, Survey Monkey, etc.

I was also thinking of Google Forms for Google sheets. We need something like we have now that has our client login information but I want it to look impressive to clients. I was hoping clients could fill some of it out and the parts they have not filled out we would help them during onboarding.

If you have any ideas or could look into what marketing agencies use that would be great. I do not think our clients are impressed when we open up a google sheet.

Thanks

Hey Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris

Instead of using any third party service for this thing. Maybe we can create a new subdomain like - https://form.medstarmedia.com and put a GF on there and we can edit it's frontend to look like any reference design that you like out there. GF is one of the most advanced and highly customizable form plugin out there.

I do not think our clients are impressed when we open up a google sheet. - Sorry didn't get you here sir. Are you looking for a form that have good UI/UX that you would be able to share the link with new clients to fill which then will save the info in Hubspot/spreadsheet automatically or looking for some options other than Google spreadsheet to keep all the client info that has good UI/UX?

Let me know. Thanks.

I am adding all the fields and information I want to secure for the client in hubspot now. Perhaps we can create a form there. Is is possible to create a form or a page that a client could come back to and submit later. Almost like a membership area. They could update their login information, watch videos, find their leads, etc and then the info they input would go into hubspot or googlesheets. The problem is my clients have a hard time remembering logins so I would want it to be the same link almost like a google sheet. but a little more advanced possibly? Also, can we link Google sheets with hubspot. My only concern is if someone deleted all of the google sheet info would it delete from Hubspot too?

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - I checked for above.

Is is possible to create a form or a page that a client could come back to and submit later. - Yes we can share static link that client can use anytime to submit the form.

They could update their login information, watch videos, find their leads, etc - This doesn't seems doable. I couldn't find any option for this in Hubspot admin dashboard.

Also, can we link Google sheets with hubspot.  - Yes we can using ZAPIER.

My only concern is if someone deleted all of the google sheet info would it delete from Hubspot too? - No it wouldn't get deleted from Hubspot. All form submissions get saved in Hubspot separately.
