Let's all pitch in and get this done. I want a very detailed task list completed. Every little task we do I want on this list. Once we have this list I want to create a template using basecamp so it is easy to onboard and prepare for new clients Under website development list all of the tasks that we do. Now we have a lot more tasks to do on a complete website build out as we do when we just optimize their landing page they have on their current site. So in Column B if it is task for all website development projects (ALL, New website, MicroWebsite (Landing Page), Optimize existing site) we will indicate in Column B.

Hey team, Here is a video showing you where I am building out the basecamp template. We will build a huge comprehensive one at first and then we can duplicate it and eliminate tasks. For example, someone who we are just optimizing their website will have less tasks than someone who we are doing a complete site built out for.

idk who ray donnavan is.. However I see multiple tasks for the same thing for getting FB access.

Let's make it one "to do" saying " Secure facebook access + ad ID" ( moving forward on template)

You are right. I think I found one about Spreadsheets that is duplicate as well. Let's talk to Chris about it. 
BTW, Ray Donnovan is a Series in Showtime. 
He gets everything done for Hollywood folks, rich and famous.
