Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne looks great! As far as the cost conversation we also encourage them to mention financing if they have it available. Most places do offer 0% financing through a third party vendor and it really helps convert the leads to sales.

Also, this was a really small thing, but there was a sentence that said to "avoid discussing cost". I think it may be more helpful to rephrase that to say something like "do not initiate a conversation about the cost but be prepared to answer this question in an advantageous way. Example listed below" or something along those lines.

The teams that we work with more extensively we try to get them to be very confident about discussing pricing but one barrier is the fact that Allergan used to tell the providers to never discuss cost with the leads so we have to overcome that old programming first. But it's great as it is really, just a suggestion.
