Hello
Kristabel
Can you please make a copy of EVERY CLIENT's leadsheet?
We need to do this every month.
Let's not share the copies with anyone other than Support.
This will help us keep track of all client's leads in case one of the clients erases it by mistake or intentionally.
Thank you.
I have heard from you as far as this task is concerned.
Chris is asking me about this.
Can you please let me know if you have begun this task?
If not, then I will let someone else handle this.
Thank you.
I am seeing that

Use the Support account to access this folder, like
Good morning to you both.
This looks great, thank you.
I just checked now and I seeing the leadsheets.
Is there a way that the copies can update in realtime so that we do not have copy them each month?
I will find out from Chris about the best way to go about future copies of these leadsheets.
Thank you team.
Please check this

However, I just had a thought that maybe that would not work since the point of making a copy is to keep changes. If the client made changes on the original, they would show up on the copy so that would defeat the purpose of the task.
Which do you think of the two makes more sense?
For the existing clients for which we already have the leadsheet setup. Do you know how much it takes them to do this manually each month?
For the new clients, it would definitely make sense to connect the form to both sheets.
I will have to bring this up with Chris to see what he thinks is best since this is his project.
Let me see what he says and then we can make a decision from there.
Good morning.
Are we still following up on this monthly task?
I know you are very busy with all the new clients coming on board; we all are. However, these monthly tasks still need to be done in a timely manner each month. Otherwise, we lose the information. Please try to catch up when you get a chance. And thank you for all of your hard work.
