Hey Vania J, Medstar Vania , whitney.zelig@gmail.com, Medstar whitney.zelig@gmail.com asked for me to create a secret shop schedule for old and new clients. I may reach out for some suggestions on how to create a template on spreadsheets that makes sense, but I will do my best prior and have you look over it. I am setting the accountability that I will create this spreadsheet first draft by no later than 6.21

Notes for myself: Older clients need to be secret shopped once per quarter. New clients need to be secret shopped within two weeks of ads going live. Review on CAG and client spreadsheets to find out status and last secret shop date.
