I would like to send personalized handwritten thank you cards for 1. When you guys pitch someone . 2. 3 months after a new client comes on to tell them how much we enjoy them. 

Kellie made a hilarious graphic with all of us and the CS machine, but I think with all this diversity of clients, we should do just a general one for now.
