Sounds great and anything to make us more efficient is welcomed. At the same time, I believe we have been getting much better; especially the past 2 weeks.
We have set up 4 new clients this week alone. 3 of them already half way done. 
I added myself, Whitney and Chris to several tasks. 
There are still others which need to be assigned to or claimed.
