Great, Isaac, is there a way we can hook up Zapier to calendly into high-level?

Chris - If you mean. Calendly to Highlevel through Zapier. Yes, it's possible.

Isaac - I authorized calendar in Zapier, see if you can get access to it. If someone makes a calendar appointment what can you do to identify them? Can we tag them? Many people will be filling out the raffle and then seeing the link to book so what is the best way to add them to high-level so we can track their progress?

Fyi - I sent up a email trigger that I do not want to use so I can save the Zap. I do not want to setup all calendars to this. Only in this particular BTL calendar do I have an option to do one calendar? Or do I have to do them all?

Is there a way I can you as a developer user to my calendly without giving you my chris@medstarmedia.com login which will give you trouble logging in? I tried adding you as a user but it wanted to charge me. 

If we have to use all calendars that is fine. We can create a pipeline called Calendly Appointments and put them all there with a few pipeline stages

Booked - this will be automatically added 
Canceled - the lead will move to this if they cancel
Consult Provided - I will move this manually. 

Chris - 

I'm not seeing any option to select a specific calendar in their app in Zapier but I will check if it's possible to do this through a webhook.

DONE

All leads that will come through this zap will have a tag - "zoom and date"

Chris - I was able to figure out a way to only connect a specific calendar to the GHL. Do you want me to go ahead and implement it? If yes. Please confirm the exact calendar name you have set in your Calendlly account for this.
