On May 13th, the downgrade of Zoom accounts will take effect. 
I need to make sure that only Chris has a License account. 
Once that is done, I will then wait until the new invoice comes in, to then change the plan to 3 licenses.

This has been done. 
I had an issue with Zoom since they never downgrade our account and charged us $1K plus. However, after spending a few days arguing back and forth with them, I managed to get us a refund.
