Hey, can you assign someone in the team to go through and make sure we have all the Google Analytics, GMB, CallRail . Google Search Console, etc.  assigned to support@medstarmedia.com, etc. In order to make these new reports we need access to all of these. Lets make have them list it on the spreadsheet and also use the chrome extension to see if it is there or not. If there is GA code on the site we can reach out to clients or we can create a new one.

I am not understanding you here.
Do you mean for me to check or have someone check the GMB, Callrail, Google Analytics and Google Search console for EACH active client?

Yes. Lets have them check if we have access and if not we need to set up one or access an existing. First they should check from our accounts, then use the tool to check for the code (browser extension) i want us to do this systematically. So lets get a list of everyone and what we have first

I will go down the list and check off the GMB and GS tags and help them since it is easier for me to do so. I have access to them and I memorize a few of them so.

I want this added to Hubspot too so we can pull a quick report. We need to be doing something with the clients who do not have analytics. We need to have the team set it up and add the code to the GTM. The clients with access to analytics that is already running on the site but we do not have access to I want a list so i can tell you how to proceed. Best if we do this in hubspot to make smart reports.

I am not sure what you mean add it to Hubspot? Do you mean the list we created or add the GMB, GA, GTM as a property on Hubspot?
Perhaps we can go over this in detail when we have our meeting so I can quarterback this for you correctly.
