Vania J, Medstar Vania - I wrote an email I think to you about this but I cannot find it. I need to hire a GHL expert. I know GHL changes often, I know a lot of your work is custom depending on the situation. However, I would like a video showing the main tasks or set up we do in GHL for team use, also SOP's all in one place. My first priority is to hire someone who can assist. We need to make sure we know what they are talking about first so I thought you could make a short video sharing how we set up things up, what we do, etc. You can open a few tabs and say this is how we set up workflows, this is how we set up texts blasts, this is how we etc. I would like to send that video along with a few questions that we can ask them to gauge their knowledge that way I focus on interviewing the right people. Can you help me with this please

From Vania I would look for someone who also has a background in sales, lead conversion, account management, front desk, customer service etc- so that they can intuitively understand what we need without us having to train them as much on our process. 
Also, an up-to-date person who does what we do in the app would know that triggers are phased out, they would know the final date triggers will be allowed, and have a solution for how they are currently helping an account easily transition the triggers to workflows.
