Can you please paste and copy this into your guide and then share it with me so I can confirm. I need to add a few more personal notes that we will send out when we choose the gift wrap option with message.

Thank you for getting this information to me. I have a document that Vania started and had just been doing what she showed me and adding gifts there. I see you are tracking a little bit differently though and I had been using Whitney's business card as instructed. 

I will go over all this by Wednesday and send you what I have then. I will take note to use the other business card going forward.

Hey Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris , pardon my delay, I was a little confused. 
I called Vania and she explained to me a little more about these Christmas gifts. 
I am getting this done now and will have it ready today. 
Vania said she is confirming with you about when to send and I will tend to it right away pending her confirmation.
