We need to know which Allergan Rep has opened/ or replied to an email we sent out in Hubspot.

On the Tab " Allergan CS reps"

There is a column "S" - Opened Email/Replied?

Go through hubspot and see if the last email we sent to each Allergan rep if they have opened ( if yes,  have they replied?)

If they have opened- put the last date they opened ( as well as the last date they replied- if this applies)

If they haven't opened put "Didn't open"

If there is no email we have sent out to them yet put "no email"

For example:
opened 5/2/19 replied 5/3/19
-or-
opened 5/2/19 no reply.
-or-
didn't open
-or-
No email

If they haven't opened put "Didn't open"

If there is no email we have sent out to them yet put "no email"

what you're going to have to do is look up each rep individually & report the last email correspondence ( if they opened, unopened, etc.)

We want to not only know if the reps opened or not- but the last time we corresponded with them. I found the way to do this is to look them up individually.
