- I want to test out a new tool that we can help our clients manage their leads. I want to continue with the google sheets but this will be something we add in addition that we will provide our clients access to that will allow them to manage and contact their leads. One cool feature is the automated texting. See how we can get the text numbers in there. Very important to have actual text numbers like 212-333-1234 rather than the short ones like 55509.

Isaac can you please try to hook up the Nusbaum account (their popups and contact forms to this system) we will need to set them up as a client (not under our own account) but a client account, we have the agency account so we can make this happen. Thanks - check this out man. Do not mess with any configurations but see the best way we can use this to help our clients. Also do me a favor and see if there are any other alternatives that may be better. This has the ability to use White Label so we can make it look like our software. Check this out and see what other options we have for a good lead management system

We are venturing into broader horizons which is awesome. The key here being TEXTING Clients? Sort of like Hubspot - but instead of emails - tracking text messages?

if we can assign them an actual number from their area code like 646-702-3480 - Yes this is doable in Highlevel using Twilio API.
Does this look like a good solution? - So to clearly understand. You are looking for a service that we can connect to website forms using ZAPIER or API. Once new lead gets added to the system client should be able to directly converse with them thru sms + phone calls + schedule consulation + also the no. that appears in the customer's mobile should also be a real 10 digit number?..If so yes all is doable in highlevel + twilio.

I have also integrated the above GF test forms + Test Optin with Highlevel system using ZAPIER. You can start doing the tests with your emails and phone numbers.

I think that Twilio charges per messages or something along those lines. If the question is directed to me then I will submit a ticket to find out.
But SALES is only available Mon, thru Friday.
Then we can get a better idea of what the cost would be and what to expect.
