I want to continue with the google sheets but this will be something we add in addition that we will provide our clients access to that will allow them to manage and contact their leads. One cool feature is the automated texting. See how we can get the text numbers in there. Very important to have actual text numbers like 212-333-1234 rather than the short ones like 55509.

Isaac can you please try to hook up the Nusbaum account (their popups and contact forms to this system) we will need to set them up as a client (not under our own account) but a client account, we have the agency account so we can make this happen. Thanks

Also do me a favor and see if there are any other alternatives that may be better. This has the ability to use White Label so we can make it look like our software. We are venturing into broader horizons which is awesome. The key here being TEXTING Clients? Sort of like Hubspot - but instead of emails - tracking text messages?

This will work much better if we can assign them an actual number from their area code like 646-702-3480 rather than a short number like 5559 - they kind stuff you get from spam texts. Are we able to do this with Twillo? 

My goal is to find an automated texting solution with a real number we can assign and provide a tool so clients can easier manage their leads. Does this look like a good solution?

I was going to chime in on this and comment but I wanted you to do so before. I totally understand what you mean with the text messages ie; short numbers. But perhaps Isacc is not familiar with those short text style phone numbers.

Does this look like a good solution? - So to clearly understand. You are looking for a service that we can connect to website forms using ZAPIER or API. Once new lead gets added to the system client should be able to directly converse with them thru sms + phone calls + schedule consulation + also the no. that appears in the customer's mobile should also be a real 10 digit number?..If so yes all is doable in highlevel + twilio.

Great to hear. Do we have everything we need to send the nusbaums their own login as well have their leads imported in? Do we need to have a paid account to run Twillio? Do they make the client optin before we send out a text? Id like to make sure we have everything ready for the nusbaums so they can start using this. Let me know what you need from me.

Do I need to upgrade the Twilio account to get started? Or can we begin using it together with Highlevel with the trial of Twillio? 
Please let me know because I was about to upgrade our Twilio account but want to run it by you first. It seems we have to add funds to the account to upgrade it.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - can you change the email address on Twillo to support@medstarmedia.com - also find a phone number that is NY based if not, CT based or something close to new york so we can test it out.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac - can you use medstarmedia.com and create a few gravity forms. One will be the general contact - create one for CoolSculpting Marketing and one for Emsculpt Marketing then hook up those forms and the popup and treat it like I was a client so I can have a separate login you can set up at my mediapong@gmail.com - that way we can play around with it from the agency side as well as the indvidual client side.

Yes we can begin using it but with below restrictions.

Here's how your Twilio Trial account works:
  • You can send messages and make calls to verified numbers.
  • Messages and calls include a note about this coming from a "Twilio trial account."
Learn more about your trial or upgrade to remove restrictions.

It seems we have to add funds to the account to upgrade it. - Correct. But we may be able to directly purchase the numbers in Highlevel portal. Need some time to confirm on this.

Thanks for updating us on this new platform. I am going to spend a few hours on these to get familiar with both platforms and better understand them.
Once I do, then I will go ahead and upgrade accordingly.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  I looked in the account and I do not see any phone number on the account which needs to be verified. In the USER settings, the phone number slot is empty.


The same for Agency settings. Can you please send me a screenshot or the email you are referring to?

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris , changing the email address to support@medstarmedia.com is not possible since Hi@patients is OWNER and it is locked. I am able to add users which I did. I added Support as Admin. 
Please let me know if that is acceptable.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  - what does verified numbers mean. My only concern is the optin and I am wondering if we can get around it. Meaning if someone fills out lead form can we sent them an automated text message like "thank you for contacting us" when would like to come in. Or does an optin message go out first like "do we have permission to text you" then they have to mark yes and then we can send the text?

Isaac, thanks but I had tried that before =  going through the USER settings and hitting the update email. But I got an error which is why I ended up adding a sub account. 
Here is the error I got by the way.

I have created test forms on below pages on MedStar Media website that we can use for testing purpose.

Note - I have added test Optin popup on Coolsculpting Test page.

Hector has a number we can use (347) 826-4446  - I want that number associated with the medstar account once we figure this out we will purchase other texting numbers and associate one to the account.

I just contacted support but they were bombarding me with a bunch of questions such as how many calls we are going to receive, number of expected work load and so on. I gave her my email and Support so she could send all questions and Isaac, you and I could look at them and go over them. 
Then we can get a better idea of what the cost would be and what to expect.

here are the questions we need to answer for them so they can give us a general idea of the cost. 

1. What is the ideal workflow for the fully ramped project ( I understand you're testing in beta phase right now)
2. What is the timeline for the project? Q4 or Q1 launch?
3. What are the monthly volume estimates? (again at full ramp) 
4. Lastly what is the corporate headquarters address? and how many full-time employees do you have at MedStar?
