Hi team, I made a video because some of our clients are unable to login to Highlevel.

- can you go through and update the high-level logins tab (See in video) on if the current email and password works to login. If successful write successful if not, write error.

- we need to prepare an email that instructs the clients that complain. First, try logging in with their password if that works resend client the user and pass. If not, instructed them to go to app.medstarmedia.com and put in their email (list email listed on sheet and tell them how to reset their password and if they have issues to let us know. Make sure to list the email we have on file.
