Hi team, I made a video because some of our clients are unable to login to Highlevel.

Jonnamae Jumawan, Medstar Jonnamae Kristabel, Medstar Kristabel - can you go through and update the high-level logins tab (See in video) on if the current email and password works to login. If successful write successful if not, write error.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - we need to prepare an email that instructs the clients that complain. First, try logging in with their password if that works resend client the user and pass. If not, instructed them to go to app.medstarmedia.com and put in their email (list email listed on sheet and tell them how to reset their password and if they have issues to let us know. Make sure to list the email we have on file.

** reset passwords with their ORIGINAL password ( found in spreadsheet or high-level tasks) If that doesn't allow you to login-
reset their password with YoureCool2021#$

and let Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector know which ones, so he can inform client.

If their original password is YoureCool2021#$ - reset it to that. All of the users and passwords in the sheet should stay as they are so Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - can resend login into to the client.
