- we need to figure out the best way to set up a standard highlevel pipeline. I would like you to watch the support and help videos to try to figure this out.

I want to keep it simple however I want our clients to easily be able to move clients along and be able to tell which leads they need to contact on the second day, the third day, etc.
Here is basically how we have it
New Lead - any new lead
Connected - someone we are talking with
Consult Booked - Someone who setup an appointment
Consult Provided
Purchased -
Now there is won, lost and abandoned buttons - I am not sure how we use them
---------
My question is do we add a no show stage as not everyone is a no show or would that be moved to lost under the Consult bOoked stage
How would we figure out way to create three attempts. Meaning, if we do not get through them on the first day how do mark that, and remind the staff they need to call them the second day or second attempt or third attempt - could you look into this to and work with
Vania
on coming up with a plan - there is a correct way to do this but I cannot wrap my brain around it.

They are for reporting purposes. You can view this data on the account dashboard page. For eg. Below is the screenshot from Delamar client account.

To create three attempts. We will have to create three different campaigns and triggers for it. So if someone doesn't reply they will automatically get moved to a second campaign where we will have the phone call event set up which will automatically call the staff to connect them with the lead.
