theres an app/software thingy convertikit and some other out there that make it super easy to promote an event on IG and also track the RSVPS with an easy form

also the feature on IG stories that sends the person a reminder of when the event is. It's the countdown gif/sticker thing

Would this include creating an event page and creating videos/graphics specific to the event? How much time is usually needed to set one up? Do we have graphic templates/video templates/page templates to make it quicker?

Should we start creating this? Or do the halloween blog post since halloween is almost here?

we charge for text blasts but I just found out to create an event page with RSVP form usually takes isacc 1-2 hours. 

Here is an example:

I suggest emails 3-4 weeks ahead of time text blasts 3-5 days ahead, fb boosted post
