Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - hey bud I made a video for you so you can see how to create these custom company properties in Hubspot. You are the hubspot master so I am sure you discover even cooler things while doing this.

Here is a link I want to use to create the hubspot fields. I am going to add a temporary column that reflects what I wanted added to hubspot.

Continue to use the sheet but this will allow us to send them out all the things they want us to fill out, quickly send logins, etc. It will be cool. I will invite you all to hubspot so you can have access. Keep an eye out.

I still vote google forms. Hubspot is great for proposals. I didn't think it had any "forms"

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector it looks like what Chris is asking you to build out is something we would send to clients to fill out as an asset request, am I correct? Does HubSpot have that kind of client file/form function?

My only concern is that google forms says 'never share passwords on google forms' in the email it sends the client :(
