AccessibleWP Toolbar

Below are the steps -

#1 In the dashboard > go to plugins > add new > search for "AccessibleWP Toolbar" > install it > activate it.
#2 Go to settings > enable mobile option
#3 Go to styles > add value 200px (you may have to increase or decrease based on the header design on websites.

I am already getting emails from clients complaining about the little man following them around on their site. 
I did see that Skinney medspa has an option to hide the plugin. Is it possible to add it to the every site or that something that requires a lot of work? I will bring it up with Chris later on but I wanted to get your input on it as well.

Hector - Skinneymedspa's website is using a different premium widget. 

The one that we have installed on our client websites is a free widget that doesn't have the hide option and will require a couple of hrs of work to add the hide option in it.

How much would that cost? I have a client asking about it.

She said to me that big name sites she visits do not have any icon showing. 
Is that possible? I mean how do they do it? 
Example - Walmart, Amazon and others?

Hector - The other way is by making all the necessary changes in the backend manually which will take way too many hrs. That's how Amazon and other big companies do it.

I kind of knew that. But I wanted your expertise input on it so I can share that with the client. I will let her know and see what she decides.

Chris - Yes, it's possible using custom JS.

Isaac  - are there any other options we can do, is there a way to make the button fade away after a minute. I dont want it to conflict with the mobile phone number floating.

Yes. These floating icons are annoying. Can we add a link to the footer. What Are our options

Chris - By default it will only appear on the top right. But I can customize the plugin source code and make it appear as a link in the footer but since the footer is coded in a different way on many of our client websites. It wouldn't be a copy/paste task on all the websites. We will have to manually adjust the source code of the plugin on each of these websites.

As I mentioned in another post we need to figure out another way to do this it’s getting in the way. Perhaps we can put it in the footer

Chris - So to confirm. Do you want it added in the footer as a text link or move the icon to the footer?

Question for you:
How long did it take you to do that for Dr. Fiorillo's site?
If not too long, then perhaps Chris may want to have that done to other clients site. That ADA pluggin is distracting; particularly on Mobile. 

Isaac and Hector we ideally want to do that to all sites.

Isaac is this something you have to do individually or can we task it to the Dev. team?

Ivonne - I am not if they would be able to do it on their end as it would involve editing the template child theme PHP files via SFTP.

We could try a few things:

I believe that in the long run, the clients would be better off paying off to have it edited by us. They would save money in the long run since that plugin has to be paid yearly to be hidden. ** What do you think Isaac? ** 
Chris, you have the final say on this. I will send you a text about it later or call you.

The paid version is a totally different service and it doesn't allow to make it a text link in the footer. They will just allow the icon to move to either corner of the website. We wouldn't be able to switch it to the link text and place it in the footer on it.
