I need the following materials and/or graphics to give to clients:

1. CS PHONE SCRIPT & ETTIQUITTE ( copy from dello russo)
2. TEXT SCRIPT
3. TEXTING SERVICES & LINKS HOW TO SET UP ( GOOGLE VOICE, ETC.)
4. SALES STRATEGY GUIDE
5. BOOK LIST FOR PROVIDERS
6. GRAPHICS 
7. eventually a SOCIAL MEDIA guide- what to post or not, what tools to use. 
Not only do I want to provide material for the clients, but I think it would be really well received if we offered some of this material to the Allergan Reps to give to their clients ( whether they work with us or not)
