whitney.zelig@gmail.com I went through all of our SEO clients on GMB and came up with a list of those that are not responding to their reviews

Always Beautiful- I am seeing that they were responding to reviews at one point, but in the past few months, they have not been responding.

Body Morph MD- They don't have too many reviews, but I am seeing that they have at least a few within the last month or two that they have not responded to.

Note: Emerson Medical have zero reviews.

Please advise clients the following when responding to reviews; especially the negative ones. 
 
If they are not certain or not sure that the negative reviews are legitimate, then do not respond. Instead, they can file an appeal to Google to try and get them removed. Once they respond however, they legitimize the review and it becomes much more difficult to have it taken away. 

Amy  can you take note that Windsor gave us permission to respond to reviews. But let's do this better than their last company. Their last company was super generic. 

Hector cool aesthetics i believe cancelled SEO services.

I mentioned this to you a while back, not sure if you remember. 
Google is very picky about what you post on GMB's. It is not only Ketamine, but even regular posts sometimes. 
If you are posting these blogs on the website, then you don't really have post them on the GMB. 
FYI, posting them on Facebook, sharing them on Twitter, IG will be more helpful. 
The links will be picked up automatically; especially if other people share them.

Actually that is not a bad idea. I have already mentioned it to Chris a few times. 
The company I was working for before Medstar was and is doing that. 
They have hundreds of microsites and they use them all to link back and forth. I used to write articles for each site every week and it kept them fresh with content. 
They made a killing with Bitcoin and still have some content I wrote for them ranking well. 
I believe that this is a good SEO strategy. 
Let's discuss it during our meeting.
