I checked all the client's websites. Most of them have phone numbers and displayed on the menu bar, not on the top of the page. I as well noticed that some phone numbers seem to auto-change so I could not tell if it was the actual number or not.

That is the Callrail java snippet code I add to the site to make the numbers change. That's how we track the leads. 
Don't worry about it.. I will take care of the rest.. 
So you didn't find any site that doesn't have the phone number displayed?
Either the top or the bar - either way is fine - we just need the phone number to be there...
