I am seeing two different duplicate contacts.

Also two of the contacts doesn't have either the phone number or the email address.

Placing some notes on how to deal with our customer service situation. 

  • We create Multiple numbers assigned to key client-facing - Vania, Whitney, Hector will have general numbers. All client communication will go through these numbers. If set up a CSM with a user can we only assign them to individual clients? How will this all work in the feed
  • Who keeps an eye and responds? What is the protocol? Each person is responsible for their line. 
  • Onboarding pipeline - do we have different pipelines once onboarded
  • How to deal with multiple contacts (main, support, etc. discuss during meeting, the doctor, staff members, who to contact when
  • Set up email via Medstar but how do we get inboxes and sent (Does it have an Inbox)
  • Save in your phone, send updates (working on your site, ad team building out campaigns) need to come up with client communication scripts and messaging
  • The client will be entered once they sign up.
  • Any integration with slack, wall
  • Communication document, all the messaging we send to clients, all the updates, etc. incorporate into SMS templates, email templates, Vania and Ivonne are working on this.
