Hi Selena Can the photos be in color or do you think with blue overlay they look better in grayscale? Can we steal Hector’s photo from his email or bc icon? I would kind of like to include him but for now delete the other avatars.

Ivonne I copied the section "Meet the team" but used original photos in color, so you can compare. I personally love black and white because I think they fit better. Color photos are totally different, some have big contrast, saturation, some are darker, some are high-quality photos (professional), and some are taken with phones and blurry...  and that's not visible on black and white photos. But I understand if you like color photos more :)

Oh and regarding Hector's image, it's teeny-tiny, we can't use it :(
We need Kellie's photo as well, and Jonnamae's, but she will send it before weekend.
 

Thank you so much for the detailed explanation Selena ! Truly appreciate it. Let’s keep it black and white. Is it too much trouble to delete avatars until they send them? And let’s publish it.

I removed Hector, Jonnamae and Kellie until they send us photos. It's not problem to add them later, because I saved that section as template, and I will just upload it once we have their photos. Page is live.

Selena It looks great! Thank you so much! Just a final note, can you update Melissa’s and Isaac’s in the header to the new photos? And make Isaacs a little bigger? Where did you get Isaac’s headshot? It’s one of the best!

Ivonne  I didn't add his new photo, maybe he did it by himself. I agree it's really great photo! I will ask him for the original photo in color and update the header image.
