Hi Isaac,

Hows your health man? Thank you for all your help. We do not tell you enough how much we appreciate you!

I would like to hook up all medstarmedia.com lead forms to the Medstar Media company account on Highlevel. I see that the gravity form on the medstarmedia.com/covid page is hooked up but I did not see the optinmonster forms hooked up. Here is an additionl resourece I found that may help https://help.gohighlevel.com/support/home

- MailGun, I think we need to hook this up. When I tested it out I did not get an email. Can you set up a new gmail address hello@medstarmedia.com and use that as the main sending email. Also forward it to chris@medstarmedia.com

-Timing - let's investigate the best way to send out text messages. For example, I think you can select the condition of when, so if a text comes in at night it we do not text them until the morning

- pipeline - there has to be a way we can move the contacts along different funnels. Depending on the action they take. I set one up. However can you see if you can add a trigger, if someone replies to the email or the text can we move them pipeline stage lead - to pipeline stage contact?

- Phone call - there is a way that when highlevel gets a lead it can call me or the user number on the account and then connect me with the lead. Can you look into that? See how it is done.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac - I figured out the phone thing, it is really cool. When a lead comes in it will call the provider and then the lead. This will really help.

I did not see the optinmonster forms hooked up. - Just hooked them up as well.

MailGun - Will look into it.

For the Timing, Pipeline and Phone Call. I believe you have already figured all these out. Let me know if you need any help with these.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac - Okay, so you may have to setup a trigger to add new leads into the campaign. But when leads come in they should be added to the first part of the Sales Pipeline under the first stage, lead. Can you look into how to do that.

So the phone call will call me but it will not connect with the lead. Also, I just had a lead and it just disappeared

update, I got text like 10 minutes later.

The system called me, but did not connect to call the lead - For this to work correctly. First we need to make sure we have a user assigned to campaign. It was blank earlier. I have now added YOU as a user to campaign "Medstar Media Test Campaign".


First HighLevel system will call you and then YOU NEED TO PRESS A KEY to connect the call with the lead. I have updated the message in the call event so that it will say the same whenever you get the call.

I tested it with my own number and got connected fine.

Will hooking up mail gun prevent this - Yes it should as currently the "reply to" email is different from "FROM" email address.

Also the leads are not automatically going into the pipeline. - UPDATED

update, I got text like 10 minutes later. - Yes SMS texts on Highlevel sometimes takes avg 5-10 mins to receive on client's end.

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - I have finished setting up Mailgun. Now emails wouldn't go to spams.

I just tested it with my own email and it came successfully in my primary inbox without any spam note in there.

Subdomain that I setup in Mailgun is mg.medstarmedia.com so whenever someone clicks on "reply" to the automated email it will get back to assigned user email via "chris@mg.medstarmedia.com"

I just tested it and could not find the email. - It's at 1:23 in the video that you shared above.


Just to make sure I checked in the Mailgun logs and all 4 test emails were successfully delivered.

While moving the leads b/w different stages drop them below the pipeline title and not ON them. It will work.

For the phone number - No need to copy/paste number manually in the phone field. Just hit the call button while leaving it blank and system will automatically dial lead phone number.
