Hey
Isaac
we will start giving you our SEO client's websites to mobile-optimize.
A few questions:
1. How many websites can we give you a month to optimize for mobile? Not sure how long this takes you , so I don't want to overburden you with too many at once. I believe we have about 25 clients on SEO right now.
2. How as a team can we have our websites mobile-optimized as we build them out? Is there any advice you can give to j, kristabel, selena, etc. To make sure they are doing things correctly so you don't have to fix them? Can we add the mobile-optimization to the trello checklist?
Thanks so much!

- It's really hard to say how many websites I would be able to handle each month as the total no. of hrs vary on each website from (1hrs to 5hrs +).
My rough estimate is 2-5 websites each week.
Our team already does a really good job on the mobile version and therefore most of them don't need a lot of hrs to be optimized fully for mobile SEO but below are some common things I have noticed on most of the new website we build and the same are mainly reported in the google search console.
#1 Mobile spacing issues. - For this, our team needs to make sure there is enough space b/w each element mainly for fat fingers. Buttons shouldn't be too big, too small, or in the path of a finger that's trying to get the page to scroll. Close icons, mobile menu icons should be big and should have enough space around them.
#2 Font size of all titles should be optimized for mobile version either in elementor settings or CSS. They should not expand over more than 3-4 lines.
#3 Ajax must be enabled on all static forms.
#4 Back to top button shouldn't be hidden behind the mobile menu.
#5 Logo should have a link to the homepage
Can we add the mobile-optimization to the trello checklist?
Sure. Added.
