I'm building out one, where are those pretty ones you were starting? 

I tried to save the MedStar Media logo from the website but it was too small. I'd def love to have that on there.

Will need to explore the back and to see how we can link a client's form directly to the sections on their sheet - or - if we'll have to manually copy/paste from responses. 

Ok, alsoooo....it says in the email that goes to the client 'never submit passwords in a google form' :( so we may need something more legit.
