I am trying to accomplish the following and you are an expert at everything. So my goal is to use an autoresponder like Constant Contact and create lists for each one of my clients. Once one of our clients fill out a form I would like them to receive a welcome email followed by an additional few emails every few days that talks about CoolSculpting or other services.
My goal is we create one series of emails, and then we can duplicate them and adjust basic information for each client or perhaps there is a way to insert specific information for each client. We have 30 clients so we will need to create a least 30 lists and 30 email series. Curious as the best way to accomplish this. Constant Contact, Hubspot, what do you think would be best?
Melissa - we need to write the content for this five email series. First one will be generic welcome email and then the following will have basic info on CoolSculpting and different FAq's
J - I will need you to help build the emails out. I will provide more info once we decide on the best way to do this.

Chris,
I just created a test email automation on both platform and both of them have a good user interface for building email sequences + layout builder but Hubspot seems to have more options but it's pricey as well in compare to Constant contact.
I will personally recommend Constant contact here as it has all the things which you are looking to do in a less price.

Constant Contact has a signature area where it shows the senders address at the very bottom. Could we update that for each client that we have? I wouldn't want them to see our account information on there.

I have created a new constant contact account. The goal behind this is to create an automated email series for our clients that will send out a welcome email and then additional follow up emails.
We need to create a template of 4 emails.
1 Welcome Email 2. Email about CoolSculpting sent 1 day after they sign up 3. Email sent out 3 days after 4. Email sent out 10 days after 5. Email sent out 17 days after
The goal is to create these templates so it is easy for us to duplicate these autoresponders and input the client specific information and then hook up their gravity forms and popup and then their list.
I will work with Hector on some of the aspects of the technical stuff. Isaac will help on super technical stuff, Melissa will do content and jonnamae will create new email series and lists for new clients. Below is the login

Thanks Whitney, I have updated my personal password sheet. BTW, we should create a spreadsheet called Miscellaneous Passwords or something along those lines. We can keep all other passwords there. I have one here I add all the ones you guys send me. What do you think?

1. GUYS WE NEED TO FINISH THIS IN GOOGLE DOCS. ALL THE COPY. - do not waste time on graphics. we will complete later. 2. Build out in our Constant Contact (Hector) and add demo graphics. 3. Then we will complete graphics and add them to a google drive so we can send the instruction sheet to our staff so they can build out in other campaigns.
Cool, I am ready. Whitney and I were supposed to have a Zoom meeting on this or something else I think. But you were on it so we had to postpone. Let me know when she will be ready so we can go over it and try to get this up and running ASAP.
