This will be this client's last month of being active with us. 
We will need to shut down all of the following:

Hector will
  • - Turn off all campaigns
  • - Update all sheets
  • - Pause all conversion tags on GTM
  • Remove Website from Uptimerobot, list, etc.
  • Remove client access from the leadsheet

I will let you know once I confirm what the end date will be for them. 

  • - Delete popup from OptinMonster - Sleeknote
  • - Change GHL password
  • - Turn off zaps
  • - Release Twilio number

We need to keep access to the Google Sheet for sixty days and GHL they may continue with us for longer.

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris - OK. Got it. I will turn off the zaps and popups but wouldn't release their phone number or their user accounts on GHL.

Wait Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac if we are letting them use the Google sheet, should we turn off Zaps and pop ups? Especially if they may come back?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - I assumed what Chris meant was is that we wouldn't revoke their access from GHL or Sheet but we wouldn't be sending new leads to either the sheet or GHL.

Since Chris doesn't frequently check BC3. I have just asked him this on Slack.

And he said to leave their Zaps on for 60 days....

If we started counting from April 28th  forward... then they are overdue.

i just checked and it seems the client is still using the app.

After Le Reve Body client's case. Chris asked me to always check before deleting client's access to the app or delete sub-account or release the phone numbers even if he has himself made the request to delete the sub-account or revoke their access.
