As per the email with Vania, August 31st will be this client's last day of being active with us. 
We will need to shut down all of the following:

Hector will
  • - Turn off all campaigns - Ads account - Google - is cancelled. 
  • - Update all sheets
  • - Pause all conversion tags on GTM
  • Remove Website from Uptimerobot, list, etc.
  • Remove client access from the leadsheet

Thank you Isaac. I have done the following myself.

  • - Turn off all campaigns - Ads account - Google - is cancelled. 
  • - Update all sheets - Done

Hi Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Jenna Maschino, Senior Support Specialist at Medstar Jenna instructed me to delete this account completely on 31st along with some other sub-accounts in an email. Once you delete the account all of the things associated with it also gets automatically released immediately.

My mistake. I thought he had already. And when I checked by client's name, I did not find them.
