Yesterday when I was working on the new task for this client and Shore Medical you deleted it before I could check. You then moved the other Shore task. This happened within minutes of me creating it. I was still working on it when you deleted it or moved. Please do not do that again. I have my own reasons for creating tasks here. 
I would have found it and deleted it myself.

I will always double check with him and Jenna before I ask you to move fwd with 
the final deletion.

Ivonne said to me that they should only have access to the app and leadsheet. Everything else should be off.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - Sorry but I am confused now. Earlier we revoked their access to the app. So do I need to re-add the client email in there?

Also it doesn't make any sense to keep the access to the main sub-account while keeping the zaps turned off. If they wouldn't be getting any new leads in there for what purposes they would be using the account for?

Do you think you can work with Chris on this and create a SOP? so we can avoid so much back and forth and also to avoid deleting a client too early. In the past we had to restore some of our clients spending good amount of time and it wasn't good experience for the clients as well.

Please let me know your thoughts.

I know it is an issue since we sometimes have clients change their minds, etc. 
As Ivonne mentioned, please let us know what you suggest is the best protocol to follow so I can help  make this as easy as possible for all of us.
